This session will include an explanation of your treatment plan, realistic expectations of how the session will benefit and instructions for any exercises you can start at home to accelerate the recovery process.
You know your body better than anyone else. Let your therapist know of any concerns you may have during or after the treatment session so we can provide you with professional guidance and work in hand in hand to achieve the best results possible.
